Our Story

ivorygleam began in 2009 when a small group of environmental scientists recognised that many Yorkshire businesses wanted to operate more sustainably but lacked the expertise to make meaningful changes. What started as informal consultations quickly grew into a structured practice.

Over the past fifteen years, we have evolved alongside the environmental sector itself. Early projects focused primarily on basic waste audits and compliance checks. Today, our work spans comprehensive carbon accounting, biodiversity net gain assessments, circular economy strategies, and long-term sustainability planning.

Throughout this growth, our core philosophy has remained constant: environmental improvement should be practical, measurable, and achievable for organisations of any size. We reject the notion that sustainability is only for large corporations with dedicated green budgets.
